Dr. Rushing and the Nashville Smile Team take great pride in always being extremely gentle and pain-free. Our office goes to great lengths to be able to help our most fearful patients find ways to overcome or manage their fears, to become persons happy with their smile and their oral health.
Our office works hard to provide the best service and most current procedures to our patients. We want you to get the best dentistry available, and we want to be sensitive to your special needs. Many of our patients have been here so long they feel like family, but new or returning we consider it a privilege to serve them all.

Lee Coulter, DDS
Dr. Lee Coulter retired at the end of 2015 after practicing dentistry for over thirty years. He hasn’t let retirement slow him down. Dr. Coulter finally persuaded his wife Cathy to set sail on his long time dream of … well… sailing. They began their adventure on the intercostal waterway trekking all the way to Nova Scotia, before setting sail for the Caribbean. They keep us up to date on their adventures with Lee and Cathy’s Sailing Blog.
